For justice-involved men and women, finding employment can feel impossible. That’s why our Career Development Program was created: to break down barriers, build confidence, and open doors that once felt closed.

Through a powerful partnership with ProsperOK, Tulsa Tech, and the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), participants gain the tools to not only survive but to thrive. The program covers the cost of tuition at Tulsa Tech, provides a $250 weekly opportunity grant while in school, and connects each participant with mentorship, coaching, and wraparound support from Just The Beginning. Once training is complete, CEO steps in to help with job placement—ensuring participants don’t just learn, but launch.
