Career Success Pathways
At Just The Beginning, we know that a steady job is more than a paycheck—it’s the key to dignity, stability, and a fresh start. For justice-involved men and women, finding employment can feel impossible. That’s why our Career Success Pathways was created: to break down barriers, build confidence, and open doors that once felt closed.
Through a powerful partnership with ProsperOK, Tulsa Tech, and the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), participants gain the tools to not only survive but to thrive. The program covers the cost of tuition at Tulsa Tech, provides a $250 weekly opportunity grant while in school, and connects each participant with mentorship, coaching, and wraparound support from Just The Beginning. Once training is complete, CEO steps in to help with job placement—ensuring participants don’t just learn, but launch.

Choose the Path That Fits Your Next Step
Technical Training Pathway
Participants may be eligible to enroll in approved training programs such as CDL, Welding, or Industrial Maintenance through Tulsa Tech. This pathway includes:
- Tuition support (through partner funding)
- Weekly training stipend (as applicable through partner programs)
- Case management and career navigation support
- Transition support into employment through CEO
Coaching to Employment Pathway
For individuals not currently entering technical training, this pathway provides:
- Job search guidance and employment coaching
- Resume and interview preparation
- Career readiness and workforce development
- Connection to employers and community resources
Support Statement
Just The Beginning provides structured case management and support services to help participants stay engaged and move forward in their pathway.

Eligiblity Requirements
Eligibility criteria for participation in the Just The Beginning Inc. Career Success Pathways Program:
- 18 years of age
- Lives in Tulsa County
- System Impacted
- Released from jail or prison within 24 months
- Currently on probation or parole
- Has a valid Oklahoma driver’s license
