Areal Collins
Areal is a proud mother, mentor, and business owner who wears many hats with purpose. She runs a snowcone trailer, owns an interior design business, and is building her nonprofit, Areal Exchange. Her mission is to inspire belief in young people and empower them to thrive at their fullest potential.

Rachelle Ali
Rachelle Ali is aParent Mentor with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc.’s inaugural Parent Representation Defense Program, where she works as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing parent defense to parents who have lost their children to foster care, starting 2020.
In April 2023, Rachelle was awarded the Peer Recovery Support Specialist of the Year Award from the National Coalition of Behavior Health. In October 2024, the American Bar Association, Center for Children and the Law recognized Rachelle as Reunification Hero. Rachelle desires to continue to expand her mentorship into many arena’s and has formed “Saving a Life Today Mentor, LLC” (S.A.L.T., LLC). 2022. In 2025 Rachelle incorporated her state non profit Saving A Life Today (S.A.L.T.) Training and Resource Center. Her passion and heart for birth parents is impacting the lives of families all over the state of Oklahoma.

Chelsea Johnson (Shield)
is the Founder of The Ripple Effect Ministries Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to repairing the breach between the community and the streets. With a strong commitment to service and empowerment, she partners with others to provide tangible resources that help individuals reach both short- and long-term goals, while breaking cycles of poverty and building pathways to lasting change.

Bethany Wilson-Caballero
Bethany Wilson-Caballero is a survivor of childhood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, a 20-year methamphetamine addiction, incarceration, homelessness, and even a coma that led to an accidental overdose. Despite these hardships, she has been sober for 13 years and has dedicated her life to helping others find freedom and healing.
Bethany has a variety of certifications that allow her to mentor parents, support individuals struggling with addiction, and guide families through reunification. She uses her lived experience to empower others, showing that recovery and restoration are possible.
As a mother and grandmother in a blended family of 10 children and 12 grandchildren, Bethany combines compassion with expertise. Her story is one of resilience, redemption, and the power of never giving up. She has gone from being a victim to a survivor

Denise Hardeman
My name is Denise Hardeman I’m from Tulsa Oklahoma I’m 37 I have two children Boston and Kyla . I dropped out of school in 10th grade and went back to school online to get my high school diploma at Penn Foster high School and graduation in 2017. I have sickle cell disease I work , catering for ORU, BOK Center and arvest convention center Iam the Co owner of my daughter Boston business Boston Boutique . I graduated from JTB in 2020 . Graduated from Clary sage 2024. I am a hairstylist and just opened up my shop on Sheridan Rd

Adrienne Tottress
Adrienne Tottress After spending 11 ½ years being incarcerated i am committed to continually growing and becoming better. My journey has fueled a passion to uplift and motivate women navigating the challenges of reentry, particularly in their emotional and mental health. I strive to be a living example that transformation and success are possible after adversity.”

Sarah Roberts
Sarah is a certified dog groomer and her passion is to empower others like herself to rebuild their lives while giving animals the care they deserve. Sarah wants to have a for profit busisness and a non profit organization to provide second chance employment to those with a desire to change their life while also providing love and care for the pets that need it the most.
